“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I travel for work and Rizza, Jessica, and Kennedy W. went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing! When I come back, I will definitely stay here again. Rooms are clean, staff is amazing, and location was great (very safe). Highly recommend!!!”
“I had the best customer service experience with Michael. I had a hiccup with my reservation and needed to cancel. The AI bot told me I was being charged. Not only did Michael go out of his way to contact me. He cleared up my cancellation, and fully refunded my money. And did it all with courtesy and kindness!!! Customer Service is rare these days and Im grateful. I will be marking this as a favorite place to stay when Im in the area. I didn’t rate the room because I didn’t actually stay.”
“Stay here a lot for work. Staff is always very pleasant and personable. They take care of your room every day, to some extent. Breakfast is consistently good, real bacon instead of the standard thin hotel version others serve. Very ample parking and close to the freeway.”
